Terms of Sale

Article 1 — Parties
These Terms of Sale (the "Terms") are entered into between:
The Seller: NaouasTV — , registered under number , with registered office at . Email: contact@naouastv.com.
The Customer: any adult individual wishing to purchase an IPTV subscription via the website. Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
Article 2 — Products
The Seller offers for sale four IPTV subscription plans of different durations (3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 2 years) granting access to an online television service, available on Smart TV, mobile, tablet and computer through a compatible IPTV application.
Article 3 — Prices
Prices are displayed and billed in euros (EUR), all taxes included. An estimate in US dollars (USD) may be displayed on the site for indicative purposes only, but payment is processed exclusively in euros via PayPal. The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time; the price applied is the one in effect at the time of the order.
Article 4 — Order and payment
Any order is firm and final upon validation of payment. Payment is made online via PayPal, which also accepts bank cards without requiring a PayPal account.
Article 5 — Delivery
Access credentials to the service are sent through the channel chosen by the Customer (WhatsApp, Telegram or email) the same day, after confirmation of payment.
Article 6 — Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the legal provisions applicable to contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium, the Customer expressly waives their right of withdrawal as soon as performance of the service begins immediately after the order, with their prior consent. This waiver is confirmed by acceptance of these Terms of Sale at the time of payment.
Article 7 — After-sales service
Any request or complaint may be sent by email to contact@naouastv.com. The Seller undertakes to respond within a reasonable time.
Article 8 — Liability
The Seller cannot be held responsible for service interruptions related to the Customer's internet connection, scheduled technical maintenance or cases of force majeure.
Article 9 — Personal data
The processing of the Customer's personal data is detailed in the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.
Article 10 — Applicable law and disputes
These Terms are subject to Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall endeavour to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute shall be brought before the competent courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
